How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
Typical delivery times vary by location. Most orders within Canada arrive within 3-7 business days from the date of shipment.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Items not in stock or requiring to ship from the manufacturer may have an additional lead time of 7-10 business days.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Which Shipping Carriers Do You Use?
We use Canada Post, Canpar, FEDEX, UPS, and Purolator for deliveries across Canada. The carrier is selected based on your location and the size of your order to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.
My Order Is Taking Longer Than Expected. What Can I Do?
At Speed Factor, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Before processing your order we will:
- Send an email confirmation with your order's ETA for shipping.
- We will reach out if there are any unexpected delays.
- If you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact us directly.
Items not in stock at any of our retail locations may require ordering directly from the manufacturer and can have an additional lead time of 7-10 business days, depending on available inventory levels.
What Is Your Order & Shipping Policy?
We offer free shipping on orders over $499.99* within Canada. Orders under $499.99 have a flat rate shipping fee based on your location. Additional shipping charges may be added on to the order for excluded items.
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your performance parts arrive safely. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses, weather or customs.
*Excludes oversized items such as exhaust systems, suspension components, body kits, and orders shipping to the Maritimes. Additional shipping charges will apply for these items.
I Didn't Receive a Tracking Number. What Should I Do?
Tracking numbers are automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships. Please check your spam/junk folder first.
If you still can't find it, contact us with your order number and we'll resend the tracking information immediately.
Items not in stock at any of our retail locations may require ordering directly from the manufacturer and can have an additional lead time of 7-10 business days, depending on available inventory levels.
Once the item ships from one of our retail locations, you will receive an active tracking number directly to your shipping address entered during your order.

What Is Your Return & Exchange Policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Performance parts must be unopened and uninstalled.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A re-stocking fee may apply and can vary depending on product/manufacturer.
Items not in stock or ordered as a special order item from a manufacturer is considered a FINAL SALE.
What If My Part Doesn't Fit?
If a part doesn't fit your vehicle, please contact us immediately. We can help verify the correct part number for your specific make and model.
We recommend double-checking fitment before installation using our product compatibility guides or by contacting our team.
If an item was incorrectly packaged or considered as defective by the manufacturer, we will assist you in making sure you receive the correct product ordered for your vehicle. If parts are missing and the item was purchased directly from us as BRAND NEW, please reach out to us as we will work with the manufacturer to assist you in receiving the missing item(s).
Can I Return Special Order Parts?
Items not in stock or ordered as a special order item from a manufacturer is considered a FINAL SALE. These items are specifically ordered for your vehicle and cannot be restocked.
We will clearly indicate if an item is a special order before you complete your purchase. Please verify fitment carefully before ordering.
Do You Offer Local Pickup?
Local pickup is available at our Winnipeg, Calgary, Vancouver, and Steinbach locations. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and choose your preferred location.
You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.
Do You Offer Price Matching?
At Speed Factor Racing, we're committed to offering competitive pricing on all our products.
We will match prices from:
- Authorized Canadian retailers with physical locations
- Authorized online retailers shipping from within Canada
- Competitors must have the identical product in stock and available for immediate purchase
To request a price match:
- Contact us before placing your order with proof of the competitor's price (screenshot, link, or advertisement)
- The competitor's price must include all applicable taxes and shipping costs
- Price matches are subject to verification and approval
Exclusions:
- Marketplace sellers (Amazon third-party, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, etc.)
- Auction sites or liquidation sales
- Pricing errors or clearance/closeout sales
- International retailers
