The GIAS III has a bone frame and monocoque shell newly designed using 3D-CAD, and compared to the previous model, the GIAS II, the seat's rigidity and strength have been dramatically improved. In addition, the newly developed reclining mechanism and one-touch reclining lever, which were developed in pursuit of operability, convenience, and durability, have been adjusted in stages while minimizing backlash and rattle to the utmost, achieving a more secure hold and comfort. In addition, a belt hole for a six-point harness has been newly installed on the back of the seat, and a specially designed high-density foam urethane is used for the cushions on the seat and thighs. Specially designed seat and thigh cushions

The specially designed high density foam molded urethane used for the seat and thigh cushions applies pressure evenly across the flat seat surface, providing a good hold and reducing fatigue. It also has excellent durability and is resistant to wear. The thigh cushions are available in two types: a standard type and a low type that is 2/3 the thickness of the standard type.

Deeper shoulder and knee support

Compared to the STRADIA III, the GIAS III features more prominent shoulder support and higher knee support. In addition, the frame's load-bearing strength is 200% higher, its torsional strength is 40%, and its backrest frontal impact strength is 15% higher than the previous model, the GIAS II, providing high rigidity and holding power that can withstand high-speed G-forces.
